METRO CITY: Metro Companion Care, a fictional home care agency used here for illustration, has been named a top workplace in the region by the fictional Metro Business Journal.
The ranking is based on anonymous employee surveys covering pay, scheduling, training and management. Metro Companion Care is the only home care agency among this year's 50 honorees.
"This belongs to our caregivers. They told us what to fix, and we listened," said owner James Okafor.
