Why reviews matter more now
Families searching for care read reviews before they call. A listing with dozens of recent, detailed reviews answers the question every family has: can I trust these people in my parent's home?
How agencies are getting more reviews
The agencies with the most reviews ask at a set moment, usually 30 days after care starts, when families are relieved and grateful. They send a direct link by text, so leaving a review takes one tap.
Our take
Ask every family, at the same point in their care, every time. Respond to every review, good or bad, within two days.
