Most home care agency website designs look alike. The ones that turn visitors into calls answer a family's questions quickly. Make sure yours has these eight pages.

  1. Services. One page per service, written in plain words.
  2. Areas served. A list of towns, plus a map.
  3. Pricing or how pricing works. Even a range builds trust.
  4. About us. Real photos of your real team.
  5. Caregiver standards. How you hire, screen and train.
  6. Reviews and stories. Short quotes from families, with permission.
  7. Careers. A separate path for caregivers who want to apply.
  8. Contact. A phone number in large type and a short form.

Check it on a phone

Most families will visit from a phone, often late at night. Make the phone number tappable and keep pages short.

Ask a friend who has never seen your site to find your prices and phone number. Time how long it takes.
